Yes. We offer free standard shipping on all orders within France.
3. How long does delivery take?
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days.
Once dispatched, delivery typically takes 3–6 business days.
4. Can I track my order?
Yes. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with tracking information so you can follow your package until it arrives.

Payments are securely processed through trusted third-party providers.
6. What is your return policy?
You may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order, as long as the item is unused, in its original packaging, and in resellable condition.

7. Who pays for return shipping?
If the product is damaged, defective, or incorrect, we cover the return shipping.
For all other reasons (change of mind), the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
8. How long does it take to receive a refund?
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, your refund will be processed within 3–5 business days and returned to your original payment method.
9. Can I cancel my order?

If the order has already been shipped, the standard return process applies.
10. Do you offer exchanges?
We do not offer direct exchanges.
If you need a different item, please return your original order for a refund and place a new order.
11. Do you ship internationally?
At this time, we only ship within France.
12. What should I do if my order arrives damaged?
Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at support@mymeuble.shop with your order number and photos of the damaged item.
We will arrange a replacement or refund.
